I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were tastefully decorated and very warm, with a firm but comfortable king-size bed. The view of Tokyo Bay/Odaiba was stunning, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of Tokyo Tower. The location was fantastic, close to multiple train stations and with easy access to various amenities and food options. The service was exceptional, with helpful and professional staff ensuring a pleasant experience. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a feast fit for kings. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The rooms looked really lovely with lots of Japanese touches in the lamps & soft furnishings. They come with everything you need, including an ironing board/iron and really nice white pyjamas. However, the thermostat was set at 24 and never cooled down enough even when turned off.
